Family Legacy Plan

Privacy Policy

Who we are

Draft. Family Legacy Plan is a website operated by Flow Vantage Group. This policy explains what information the site collects, why, who receives it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Draft. What you enter on the form: your first and last name, your state, your mobile number, your answers to the questions about coverage, and, if you choose to give them, your city, your email address and a good time for a call.

Draft. A recording of your visit. From the moment the page loads, a service called TrustedForm, provided by ActiveProspect, records how you use the page, including what you type and what you tap. It creates a certificate that keeps a copy of the page as you saw it, the consent wording shown to you, the time, and technical details such as your IP address and browser.

Draft. Technical and advertising information: your IP address, your browser and device, the address of the page, the page that sent you here, and the advertisement you came from. The site uses the Meta Pixel and Vercel Web Analytics to collect this.

Draft. A check of your phone number. We may ask a phone data provider whether the number you entered is a real, working number.

Why we collect it

Draft. To match you with one licensed insurance agent in your state so that agent can contact you about the coverage you asked about; to keep a record of your request and your consent; to check that a phone number is real; to prevent fraud; and to measure and improve our advertising.

Who receives your information

Draft. One licensed insurance agent, matched to you after you submit the form. That agent receives your contact details, your answers and the link to your consent certificate. The agent is independent of this site and is responsible for how they use your information.

Draft. Companies that run parts of this site for us: ActiveProspect for the consent certificate, a phone data provider, our hosting and database providers, and Meta and Vercel for measuring our advertising. Meta may receive a scrambled, or hashed, copy of your contact details so it can tell which advertisement you came from.

Draft. Anyone we are required to share it with by law, such as in response to a court order, or where it is needed to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

Draft. We keep your request and the record of your consent for at least five years, so that we can show what you agreed to and when. Other information is kept only as long as it is needed for the purposes above.

Stopping calls and texts

To stop calls or texts at any time, reply STOP to any text or email support@flowvantagegroup.com.

Draft. You can also tell the agent who calls you that you do not want more calls or texts. We act on a request to stop within the time the law requires, and we pass it on to the agent who received your information.

Your privacy rights

Draft. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of certain uses of it. To make a request, email us at the address below. We will not treat you differently for making one.

Draft. California residents: the disclosures California law requires, including the categories of personal information collected in the last 12 months, where it came from, why it was collected, the categories of recipients, and how this site responds to a browser Do Not Track signal.

Draft. Residents of other states: any rights that the law of your state gives you.

Children

Draft. This site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

Draft. We may update this policy. When we do, we will post the new version on this page with the date it takes effect.
